BY-LAWS

ARTICLE I – MAJORS DIVISION
Section 1. Two-hour time limit from actual start time. Start time announced by umpire. No new inning begins after two hours. Exception: If a game scheduled for 8PM starts more than 15 minutes late, there is a 10:15PM, no new inning and there is always a 10:30PM drop dead curfew. Time must be kept by the umpire.
Section 2. No Stealing home. Runs score on walk or batted ball only.
Section 3. Face guards on batting helmets are permitted. Exception: cracked or broke helmets and/or face guards are not and should be removed from the game.
Section 4. No dropped third strike.
Section 5. Free defensive substitutions.
Section 6. Teams must start with 9 players, however can finish with 8. If an injury occurs or a player must leave prior to the end of the game, the spot in the batting order will be skipped without penalty. If a team starts with 9 and an ejection occurs, then that spot in the batting order will be taken as an OUT.
Section 7. Teams are permitted to use “swing” player(s) from the Minor Division to fill in on a per game basis. If teams are using “swing” player(s), the opposing manager and umpire must be notified prior to the start of the game. “Swing” players are not permitted to play more innings in the field than regular rostered players. “Swing” players are not permitted to get more “at-bats” than regular rostered players. “Swing” players are NOT permitted to pitch.
Section 8. No “on-deck” batters permitted. Only the batter in the box should have a bat in their hand.
Section 9. Minimum Play rule is 2 complete innings and 1 at bat.
Section 10. Coaches CAN and are encouraged to warm-up pitchers between innings if the catcher is not ready.
Section 11. Players are permitted to catch and pitch in the same game.
ARTICLE II – MINOR DIVISION
Section 1. One hour and 45-minute time limit from actual start time. Start time announced by umpire. No new inning begins after 1:45.
Section 2. No Stealing home. Runs score on walk or batted ball only. Stealing from 1st to 2nd base and 2nd to 3rd base is permitted. Only one base at a time. There is no advancement on over-throws on steals, pick-off plays or throws back to the pitcher.
Section 3. Face guards on batting helmets are permitted. Exception: cracked or broken helmets and/or face guards are not and should be removed from the game.
Section 4. No dropped third strike.
Section 5. Free defensive substitutions and continuous batting order. Everyone bats.

ARTICLE II – ROOKIE DIVISION
Section 1. One hour and 35-minute time limit from actual start time. Start time announced by umpire. No new inning begins after 1:35.
Section 2. No Stealing.
Section 3. Face guards on batting helmets are permitted. Exception: cracked or broken helmets and/or face guards are not and should be removed from the game.
Section 4. No dropped third strike.
Section 5. Free defensive substitutions and continuous batting order. Everyone bats. Play 10 defensive positions. Four outfielders must be positioned in the outfield grass.
Section 6. Teams must start with 9 players, however can finish with 8. If an injury occurs or a player must leave prior to the end of the game, the spot in the batting order will be skipped without penalty. If a team starts with 9 and an ejection occurs, then that spot in the batting order will be taken as an OUT.
Section 7. Teams are permitted to use “swing” player(s) from the T-Ball Division to fill in on a per game basis. If teams are using “swing” player(s), the opposing manager and umpire must be notified prior to the start of the game. “Swing” players are not permitted to play more innings in the field than regular rostered players. “Swing” players are not permitted to get more “at-bats” than regular rostered players. “Swing” players are NOT permitted to pitch.

Section 13. Pitching – Players are permitted to pitch only two total innings per game. Innings must be consecutive. No days rest required.
Section 14. Games are five innings.
Section 15. Games are considered complete after 2 ½ or 3 innings.
Section 16. No walks issued to batters. Upon ball four, the tee is brought out and the batter gets one swing to put the ball in play. If they do not hit a fair ball, they are out.
